Baltic Control® is on the panel of pre-shipment inspection agencies of the Department of Plant Protection under the Ministry of National Food Security and Research of the Government of Pakistan. This approval allows Baltic Control® to issue the necessary inspection certificates for pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, and rodenticides exported to Pakistan. Thanks to our global network, these services are offered worldwide. This service is provided to both exporters and importers, depending on the contractual terms between the parties.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) for Pakistan
Recent changes in Pakistan's import policy have introduced adjustments to the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) requirements for certain imported products.
For some product categories, it is mandatory to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection and issue a Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate (PSIC) before entry into Pakistan.
Without a valid PSIC, products may face delays at customs, rejection, or additional costs.
Baltic Control® is an internationally recognized inspection firm authorized by the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and is empowered to issue PSICs by providing PSI services in accordance with local requirements.
